Biografie
Lenke Roth ist seit September 2026 Teil des UNESCO-Lehrstuhl für Entrepreneurship und Interkulturelles Management unter der Leitung von Frau Prof. Dr. Christine Volkmann, wo sie primär am Project AI for Sustainability mitwirkt. Sie studierte Psychologie (B.Sc. und M.Sc.) an der Philipps-Universität Marburg sowie Data Science (M.Sc.) an der Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen. Derzeit promoviert sie an der Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen im Bereich Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie zum Thema "How Psychopathy Drives Dysfunctional Workplace Dynamics".
Forschungsschwerpunkte und Abschlussarbeitsthemen für Bachelor- und Masterarbeiten:
- KI-gestützte Nachhaltigkeitsbewertung
- Rolle der Persönlichkeit von GründerInnen (u.a. die ‘Dark Triad’)
- Personalauswahl
- Impression Management auf individueller und organisationaler Ebene
